How to merge, intersect, and trim lists

Merge two or more lists
Merging will combine all companies in selected lists into one new list and remove duplicates.
- In the left-hand navigation, choose the arrow icon to navigate to Library > Lists.
- Click on the checkbox next to two or more lists you want to merge. A box will appear at the bottom of the screen with a number of prompts.
- Click on Merge. Enter a name and description for your new list.
- To save, click Save New List.
Intersect two or more lists
Intersecting will combine all companies that are in both lists into one new list.
- In the left-hand navigation, choose the arrow icon to navigate to Library > Lists.
- Click on the checkbox next to two or more lists you want to merge. A box will appear at the bottom of the screen with a number of prompts.
- Click on Intersect. Enter a name and description for your new list.
- To save, click Save New List.
Trim two or more lists
Trimming will select all companies from the included lists and exclude all companies from the excluded lists, then create a new list.
- In the left-hand navigation, choose the arrow icon to navigate to Library > Lists.
- Click on the checkbox next to two or more lists you want to merge. A box will appear at the bottom of the screen with a number of prompts.
- Click on Trim. Make your selection of company lists to include and exclude by completing the following:
- Click ">>" to move all lists to Exclude.
- Select one or more lists from the Include list and click ">" to move the item(s) to Exclude.
- Select one or more lists from the Exclude list and click "<" to move the item(s) to Include.
- Click "<<" to move all lists to Include.
- Enter a name and description for your new list.
- To save, click Save New List.
