      How can I quickly tell if an account is an existing customer or not?

      Recognize in a glance if an account in Klearly is a prospect, current or former customer

      On the account view within Klearly, there’s a visual tag for each account that designates it’s status based on its purchase history. 


      • Customer: At least one purchase in the last 12 months
      • Past Customer: At least one purchase, but not in the last 12 months
      • Prospect: No purchase history
